Sonrisa Grill, serves up great Mexican cuisine and over 50 different tequila drinks at their neighboring 3Amigos bar. Sonrisa Grill is a warm inviting restaurant in the heart of Lake Las Vegas where diners can sit in the dining room or on the upper deck patio. 3Amigos bar also has a downstairs patio overlooking the lake. This patio features a firepit and live music on Saturday nights.
Enjoy seafood dishes like salmon, prawns, and halibut. Other options include chicken, beef and a special filet mignon served with a chipotle mashed potato and garnished with roasted baby carrots and asparagus. Avocado rolls, open faced quesadillas, a selection of salads and soups are also available. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas and a selection of vegetarian options are also available.
Sonrisa Grill is a great place to go for healthy eating. All dishes are prepared with soy oil and there are many vegetarian options including enchiladas made with broccoli, pine nuts and chili rellenos or spinach and mushroom enchiladas served with green sauce.
Sonrisa Grill has an amazing variety of banquet menus that can accommodate a variety of appetites. Full banquet facilities for parties and corporate affairs are available.

"Excellent, Healthy and Fun!"
Sonrisa Grill is a great place to bring a group of friends, sit outside, lakeside, sip a variety (over70!) of Tequila drinks and munch on healthy tapas. Sonrisa Grill and 3 Amigos Tequila Bar gets the crowd moving with upbeat music and salsa lessons. The Sea Bass and Salmon dishes are outstanding and their salsa and chipotle sauce are the best this side of the border...Sonrisa Grill is a must do at Lake Las Vegas!

"Excellent"
I have dined at Sonrisa for lunch and dinner in the time frame of a few months and had excellent experiences. The food is fresh and flavorful with good portions and good value for my money. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and fun. They have comfortable inside seating, very themed for Mexican/Southwest. Sonrisa's outdoor seating can be in view of the bar/lounge with the game or special event on or next to a nice fire pit.
I look forward to future dining experiences at Sonrisa Grill.

Sonrisa Grill and 3amigos To Bring South Of The Border Flavor To Montelago Village, Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas (February 29, 2008) - Southern Nevada visitors and locals who have a craving for traditional and creative South of the Border fare, will have a new place to gather when Sonrisa Grill, serving Mexican cuisine, seafood and 70 different tequilas, opens in Montelage Village in April.
The new Lake Las Vegas restaurant and the adjoining 3Amigos bar is a very festive location where diners can ejoy the warm ambiance inside or views of Montelago Village @ Lake Las Vegas from the upper deck patio. Sonrisa Grill will serve a variety of both traditional and innovative Mexican cuisine and seafood dishes while 3Amigos will offer lighter tapas fare.
Mexican specialties will include albondigas and chicken tortilla soup, fajitas served with prawns, halibut, salmon, beef or chicken, and seafood tacos made with homemade semi-crisp tacos. Entrees emphasize seafood and stead such as the Prawns A La Diablo, large prawns sauteed in a spicy chili tomato sauce served over Mexican Rice, Grilled Halibut Filet smothered with Tequila Truffle Glaze served with chipotle mash potatoes and sauteed vegetable and an 8 oz. Filet Mignon grilled to order served with chipotle mashed potatoes and garnished with roasted baby carrots and asparagus.
Sonrisa Grill places an emphasis on healthy cooking, replacing the usual lard found in Mexican dishes with soy oil. The restaurant features many vegetarian entrees that can be made vegan friendly upon request including enchiladas made with broccoli, pine nuts and chili rellenos or spinach and mushroom enchiladas served with green sauce. The rice and beans are also vegan friendly.
In the 3Amigos bar, patrons will find a lively atmosphere where they can choose from a variety of specialty margaritas, over 70 tequilas, and a tapas appetizer menu that includes such items as queso dip, fresh guacamole, flautas de pollo, crab cakes salad, and mini marisco ceviche, calamari, and baby back ribs...just to die for.
Montelage Village's newest restaurant will offer banquet facilities for parties, corporate events, and weddings. Private parties of up to 50 people can mingle on the upper deck while enjoying selections from a full banquet menu.
Sonrisa Grill serves dinner 7 nights a week, for lunch Friday-Sunday from Noon-4:00pm and there after dinner until 9:00pm and Friday and Saturday until 10:00pm. On Friday and Saturday night, 3Amigos offer live karaoke band from 8:30-midnight and live entertainment on Thursday night from 6-9pm.
